HyClone FBS is produced using true pool technology, reducing variability between batches. Each batch undergoes triple filtration through 100 nm (0.1 µm) pore-size filters and is tested for viruses per 9 CFR 113.53. Comprehensive assays are performed to measure components such as gamma globulin, glucose, and IgG.
