Optically clear HYPERFlask® M polystyrene flasks have a straight neck and flat cap, with or without barcode for manual use or with automated systems. It does not require refrigeration or special handling.
- These exceptionally high-throughput, high-performance flasks utilize a multi-layer gas-permeable growth surface for efficient gas exchange. The unique design allows the flasks to produce 10 times higher yields than standard flasks, increasing productivity and capacity while reducing processing time and incubator space. Ten interconnected polystyrene surfaces provide an area of 1720 cm² for cell growth with an air space between each layer. CELLBind® surface treatment on each gas permeable layer improves cell attachment and growth.
- HYPERFlask® M containers are designed for manual use and have an ergonomic lid. The adapter grid allows for faster filling and emptying, while reducing foam generation. The traceable serial number is printed in legible characters and as a barcode.
Certifications: Containers are manufactured from USP Class VI materials and are molded and assembled in an ISO Class 8 (FED-STD-209E Class 100000/M6.5) clean room. Gamma irradiated to Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) 10⁻⁶. Certified sterile and non-pyrogenic.
